The Writers Edition Leo Tolstoy pays homage to one of the most important Russian authors, famous in particular for the works “War and Peace” and “Anna Karenina”. Leo Tolstoy also became valued as a moral thinker and social reformer and this is reflected in the shape of the writing instrument. The optical effect hammered silver finish body represents hard work in the fields: the return to a simple life. Blue and gray were very present colors in his studio, and were also used for the first covers of his books. His family crest adorns the hand-crafted rhodium-plated Au750 gold fountain pen nib.
