How to shop with Collectible pens?

Add items to your bag:
Ensure you are on the website.
Browse the categories across the top navigation bar.
Once you have found an item to purchase, simply click ‘ADD TO CART’.
You can then continue shopping or click ‘CHECKOUT’ to review the items in your bag and to finalise your order.

Proceed to purchasing items:
Once you have finished browsing and have added the items you wish to purchase to your bag, click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button located at the top right of the website.
Add your delivery information
Pay and wait for your incredible pen.

How can I pay?
You can pay with PayPal, a credit card directly on the website, or contact me for a bank transfer.

When will I receive my order?
The order is shipped within 24 hours of receipt/acceptance of payment.
You will receive an email notifying you that we have shipped your order and the tracking number.
We normally ship with leading international couriers, and delivery takes 2-4 business days, depending on your country’s customs regulations.

Pen Conditions
Conditions are specified in each item in the “Description” tag, and pens are usually identified with a term (NOS – Excellent – Preowned), and they may have some specification as “scratches or dent”, to denote some exceptions that are to be added to their general condition.

-NOS is meant for products in top shape quality, generally unused or maybe dipped, as they may have been displayed in a store but never sold to a final user. Nevertheless, it may present some small signs of aging, which, if present, are visible in its pictures.
-Excellent is meant for a product in good shape, may have been carefully used, and can present some minor signs, like some very light scratches on the clip or metal parts.
They don’t present major damages, if not specified, like dents, cracks, or so on.
-Preowned is meant for pens used for quite some time, and they generally are in worse shape than the excellent ones, and may have some damage, like dents or cracks.
We advise taking a good look at the pictures for this kind of pen.

Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you wish to return the product you purchased, please contact us and await our response to arrange the return shipment.
As soon as we receive the item, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
