Description

Tibaldi is a famous pen manufacturer that shared the Italian scene with its big competitors like OMAS, Aurora, and Visconti and has been manufacturing pens from 1916 to 1965.

This celluloid is silver-grey celluloid veined with a vivid electric blue. It’s very fascinating, we hope the photos are good enough to show its beauty.

It has a very classic design, faceted with 3 bands on the cap and the classic Tibaldi’s silver-colored clip that looks like a necktie, an 18k gold nib and it fits a piston filling mechanism.

This model is complete with all its original packaging, an external blue card box (dimensions are 52x39x9cm), an exclusive limited numbered edition (I098 like the pen) of the book “Tibaldi: Storia di Stilografiche e di Uomini” written by Letizia Jacopini and Enrico Bettazzi and a wooden internal box with matching ink.

This packaging is very exclusive and rare as Tibaldi company was shut down before had finished making all the boxes for this famous edition, and so most of these pens were sold without boxes as they were able to make only a very small amount of them before the closure.
