This is a lovely example from the Balance II range made in the USA by Sheaffer around 1995. The Balance II range was produced as a tribute to the original iconic Balance Pens from the 1930’s. This is a large Senior size pen finished in one of the more desirable colours, Cobalt Blue with gold filled trim to the clip and cap rings.
