Montblanc – Writers Edition Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

The Montblanc Writers Edition Homage to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle Limited Edition is dedicated to one of the most famous crime novelists and creator of the unforgettable detective Sherlock Holmes. Crafted from gray-blue precious resin, the edition evokes the dark, foggy atmosphere of London, where Sherlock Holmes used to solve his cases.
The barrel and cap of the Montblanc Sir Arthur Conan Doyle are decorated with a tartan pattern that features Holmes’s coat and part of the historic map of London. The initials JB appear beneath the PVD-coated magnifying glass clip, a tribute to Joseph Bell: the man who inspired the character of Sherlock Holmes. The Montblanc emblem in precious resin dominates the cap. The handcrafted AU 750 solid gold nib features an engraving of flying dinosaurs from “The Lost World” surrounding the portrait of the father of “Professor Challenger” and “Sherlock Holmes.”
For the fountain pen version, the filling system is strictly piston.
