Description

During his life, Arturo Toscanini, who died in New York in 1957 at the age of almost 90, revolutionized the world of classical music and paved the way for young emerging musicians. Montblanc pays homage to him with the “Arturo Toscanini” Donation Pen, a writing instrument with an exclusive design that reflects the innumerable facets of this brilliant personality.
The precious black resin and platinum finishes with clear lines and harmonious proportions are a tribute to the perfectionism that characterized Toscanini’s work. The clip represents the strings and bridge of a cello and is highlighted by the master’s signature engraved on the cap ring, in memory of his excellent beginnings as a cellist. In the fountain pen, the handcrafted rhodium-plated 18 ct gold nib is embellished with an elegant engraving.
